Amelia David of BackStage raves, “Modi has a young Sid Caesar-esque talent for creating accents and characters, making him appeal to a diverse market.” According to the Los Angeles Times, Modi is “versatile and quick on his feet. He can read an audience in a beat and improvise so nimbly that he keeps any audience, regardless of age, race and gender, laughing.” Modi has been featured in the New York Times, TIME OUT NY, the New York Post, Lifestyles Magazine and the Friars Epistle. He has also contributed to “Fashion Police” in US Magazine.

Modi has appeared on CBS's CSI: NY, HBO's The Sopranos, NBC’s Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central's Tough Crowd with Collin Quinn and The USO Live Tour, E! Entertainment’s Howard Stern Show, Oxygen’s Can You Tell, NBC’s Friday Night Videos, BET’s 10th Anniversary of Comic View, METRO Channel’s New Joke City with Robert Klein. Modi was also cast in a lead role in a pilot for Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor’s sitcom on CBS.

Modi is a regular at the New York and Los Angeles comedy clubs and headlines around the country.
